(p<0.01)2% Pilocarpine 점안 45분 후에서 평균 3.333±3.222 우각의 감도가 감소했으며, 감소폭은 여자가 남자보다 컸으나(p<0.01),나이와는 비례하지 않았다.동일 slit image 에서 다른 계측자에 의한 계측값들간의 재현율은 전방깊이세어 mean error per-cent 가 1.88±2.54%였고, 우각의 각도에서는 3.28±3.20를 보였다.(현안지 35 : 572~579, 1994)We measured the anterior chamber depth and angle before and 45 minutes after pilocarpine instillation in 126 normal eyes using the EAS-1000 Scheimpflug camera.We analysed the effects of 2% pilocarpine on the anterior chamber depth and angle. The average anterior chamber depth and angle in normal eyes were 2.912 ± 0.322mm and 32.009 ± 4.580°. Both the values of anterioe chamber depth and angle of the young person are than those of older person, and both the values in the male are deeper(p<0.01) and larger than those in the female(p<0.05). At 45 minutes after 2% pilocarpine instillation, the anterior chamber angle diminished by average 0.120 ± 0.123mm and the amount of decrease is larger in the young person than in the older person and in the male than in the female(p<0.01).At 45 minutes after 2% pilocarpine instillation, the anterior chamber angle diminished by average 3.333 ±3.222° and the amount of decrease is larger in the female than in the male(p<0.01), but wad not proportional to the age.The mean error percent of the reproducibility of repeated measurements for the same slit image was 1.88 ± 2.54% in the anterior chamber depth and 3.28 ± 3.20% in the anterior chamber angle(J Korean Ophthalmol Soc 35: 572~579, 1994).
