- 요약 - 최근에 비선택적 베타 교감 신경 수용체 길항제인 Timolol의 약리기전으로 시신경관류압 상승으로 시신경혈류량의 증가가 제시되고 있다. 이에 저자들은 비슷한 약리작용을 지니고 임상에서 흔히 쓰이는 0.5% Betoptic?怜? 2% Mikelan?瑛? 안저혈압 및 시신경관류압에 미치는 영향을 건강한 30명에게 안저혈압계와 Goldmann 압평안압계를 사용하여 조사하였다. 각각 15명씩 2군으로 나눈 후, 이중맹검법을 이용하여 한눈에는 Betoptic?瑛犬? Mikelan?映琉?고 다른 눈에는 placebo를 투여하였다. 안저혈압과 안압은 투약직전과 2시간 이후에 측정하였다. 평균안저혈압 = 수축기안저혈압 + 1/3(수축기 안저혈압 – 이완기 안저혈압)의 식으로 평균안저혈압을 구했고 평균 안저혈압과 안압의 차를 시신경관류압으로 하였다.시신경관류압은 Betoptic?瑛? 사용한 군과 Mikelan?瑛? 사용한 군에서 각각 9%, 13% 증가하였고 통계학적으로 유의하였다. (p<0.01)(한안지 33 : 901~906, 1992)The effects of topical Betoptic○R 0.5% and Mikelan○R 2% on the ophthalmic artery blood pressure and perfusion pressure were investigated in 30 healthy subjects using ophthalmogroups and each has 15 health subjects. In a randomized, double-blind study, one eye of each subject received one drop of Betoptoc○R 0.5% or Mikelan○R 2%, and fellow eye was received a drop of placebo. Diastolic ophthalmic artery blood pressure(OABPd), systolic artery blood pressure(OPBPs), and intraocular pressure(IOP) were measured just before and 2 hours after the instillation of the drugs.Mean ophthalmic arery blood pressure(OAPBm) was calculated as OABPm = OOAPBd + 1/3(OABPs – OABPd) and the perfusion pressure(PP) was calculated as PP = OABPm – IOP. The perfusion pressure(pp) was Betopic○R – treated group was increased by 9%, and that of Mikelan○R – treated group was increased by 13%, these group was increasament were statistically significant(Both group P<0.01)(J Korean Ophthanmol Soc 33: 901~906. 1992).
