목적 : Slit scanning 방식인 Nidek EC-5000을 이용하여 성공적으로 수행된 라식(LASIK) 수술의 6개월간의 근시, 난시의 교정효과를 알아보고자 하였다.


대상과 방법 : 2001년 7월부터 2002년 6월까지 같은 레이저 및 같은 시스템을 사용하는 서울과 부산에 위치한 2개의 병원에서 라식을 시행 받았던, 근시, 난시 환자 중 6개월 이상 추적관찰이 가능하였던 197명을 대상으로 시력과 함께 근시 및 난시의 교정효과를 전향적으로 분석하였다.


결과 : 구면렌즈 대응치는 술 전 굴절이상의 정도에 따라 3군으로 분류하였으며 술 후 6개월에 mild group(-3D이하, 평균 -2.34D±0.45, 38안)에서의 평균굴절이상은 0.06±0.34D였으며, moderate group (-3D～-6D, 평균 -4.47±0.83, 202안) 에서는 0.10±0.32D였으며 severe group (-6D이상, 평균 -7.72±1.28, 130안)에서는 0.02±0.47D였다. 난시는 정도에 따라 4group으로 나누었으며, 술 후 6개월에 group 1 (-0.5D이하, 평균 -0.07±0.11, 48안)에서 -0.19±0.36D였으며, group 2 (-0.5D～ -1.0D, 평균 -0.59±0.12, 95안)에서는 -0.39±0.32, group 3 ( -1.0D～-2.0D, 평균 -1.25±0.27, 64안)에서는 -0.32±0.31이었으며, group 4 (-2D이상, 평균 -2.69±0.79, 27안)에서는 -0.38±0.34이었다. 나안시력은 술 후 6개월에 mild group에서 1.01±0.18이고 moderate group에서 0.98±0.13이고, severe group에서 0.94±0.14였다.


결론 : Nidek EC-5000을 이용한 근시, 난시 교정효과는 6개월 현재까지 추적관찰결과 효과적이며, 특히 고도근시에서 6개월까지는 통계적으로 의미있는 퇴행현상은 보이지 않았다.



- Abstract -



Purpose: To evaluate the correction effects of uneventful lasik for myopia & myopic astigmatism using slit scanning Nideck EC-5000 Laser until 6months.


Methods: This prospecfive study comprised 197 patients that had LASIK at 2 eye clinics located at Seoul & Busan, using the same method laser & system from july, 2001 to june, 2002 and, could be follow-up for 6 months more.


Results: Spherical equivalents were divided into 3groups according to their refractive errors
[mild group : below -3D, mean -2.34D±0.45, 38eyes, moderate group : -3D～-6D, mean -4.47±
0.83, 202eyes, severe group : above -6D, mean -7.72±1.28, 130eyes]. Mean refractive errors 6months after lasik were 0.06±0.34D, 0.1±0.32 and 0.02±0.47D in mild, moderate and severe group respectively.

Astigmatisms were divided into 4groups. Mean resiual astigmatism 6months after lasik were -0.19±0.36D in group 1(below -0.5D, mean -0.07±0.11, 48eyes), -0.38±0.32 in group 2(-0.5D～-1.0D mean, -0.59±0.12, 95eyes), -0.32±0.31 in group 3(-1.0D～-2.0D, mean -1.25±0.27, 64eyes), and -0.38±0.34 in group 4(above -2D, mean -2.69±0.79, 27eyes) respectively.

Naked uision 6months after lasik were 1.01±0.18, 0.98±0.13, and 0.94±0.14 in mild, moderate, and severe groups respectively.


Conclusions: Correction eftects of myopia & myopia astigmatism using Nideck EC-5000 were
effective, and Especially there is no statistically significant regression in severe group till 6months after lasik.
